[Space] update

Further update - sudden traction on making the cameras work. I'm
inclined to send both cameras up - the A700 will be configured to take
pictures 30 seconds apart (supposedly has 400 shots per charge under
standard conditions; we'll be running with dry lithium batteries and
the LCD off, so we should get lots more - there's 2.5 GB spare on the
card, and indoor pictures seem to run 1.2 MB apiece).

The SD400 can just be pointed downwards recording video as we launch -
it will supposedly record until it runs out of card space, which will
hopefully collect something with suitable bathos.

APRS is still not making me happy, but we'll take the beacon out for a
drive up to the top of a hill later tonight and see if the internet
gateway in Berkeley can pick us up.

Right now I'm 75% confident that we're on for tomorrow.
