[Space] budget

How close are we to having a solid idea of what we have left to
acquire for the launch? Ozzy has pinged the FAA with a launch date of
2/13, which gives us an extra week, but is still not very far away :)

Off the top of my head, we still need:

Helium! (around $100 - Christie, can you confirm?)
Batteries/power regulation (Alex, Thom - suggestions?)
Camera (Sam? I just tried bidding on an $11 SD630 with a broken
display on ebay, but was outbid all the way up to $26 :P)
APRS tracker & radio
GPS to feed into tracker
Mechanical pieces - parachute, insulated carrier, cargo net
(volunteers to track any of these down?)

Anything else missing? We already have the balloon and G1 (albeit sans
software), and I think we can skip the Arduino brain for the moment
since the APRS tracker gear is likely to be able to read
pressure/temperature sensors and relay them back down.
