So Nils stopped by the space and I was showing off my new radio.  He gave me
some good advice.  I asked him if he had APRS capabilities and wouldn't mind
chasing a balloon.  He said it sounded like fun and he even had a 4 wheel
drive vehicle to run around in.  Win!
