Looking at the data from the last EOSS launch
(http://www.eoss.org/ansrecap/ar_160/recap147_148.htm - specifically
the GPS log at http://www.eoss.org/eoss147-148/eoss-147_ae0ss-11_findu.txt)
it appears that they cleared 1200' AGL after 60-90 seconds, cleared
10k (but launched from ~5k) after 5m, 18k at 10m (from launch, not
after 10k), and 42k at about 28m. We won't be in the way for long :)

EOSS record their average ascent rate at a little over 1k fpm, but it
appears faster in the early stages of the ascent.
