[Space] budget

I'm thinking that any work we defer until after roboexotica won't
launch until March - which is fine, since we want to launch monthly
anyway, but I'd like to get something up in February, even if it's
just a G1 duct-taped to a balloon :P No progress without deadlines,
after all.

If anything, we could consider moving it earlier by a week, to avoid
time stress with Winter Blast and Roboexotica - Ozzy, is it an option
to move the date around at all, or are we pinned to the original date
that you suggested to the FSDO?
