We got the tank from Atlas Welding in Berkeley.  They were considerably
cheaper than both Praxair and Airgas.

The emptiness of it might have had more to do with Mikolaj's and my
tiredness at the end of the last launch.  It was crazy late and we had to
get the full tank out of the van.  I thought we'd pulled the full one out
and returned the empty, but based on how much helium was in there it very
well could have been the other way around.  I sincerely doubt there's any
sort of leak or problem with the tank we had.

HOWEVER, if you wanted to take up the mantle of helium procurement, I think
that would be super.
