The 5th Annual Maker Faire will be here in days!

Important arrival details for Maker Faire:

Your Maker # is 3646. Your Maker # provides a quick reference to all of the
details about your exhibit. To help our team assist you more efficiently,
please make certain you and your team know your Maker #.

Event Center Parking is located 1346 Saratoga Drive and will be FREE on
Thursday and Friday for set up.

IMPORTANT - Saturday and Sunday Parking Information: We have been advised
that the Event Center will start charging $17 per day for parking in the
Saratoga public lot on Saturday at 6AM.

For those unable to set up in advance or would like to park in the Event
Center Parking lot, the paid parking options are as follows:

   - $10/weekend Maker parking permit – ONE PER MAKER EXHIBIT- *first come,
   first serve* basis available for purchase at Maker check-in on Thursday
   or Friday, *cash only.* (Limit 400)
   - For others on your team, please consider the $20/weekend exhibitor
   parking permit available for purchase Friday, cash only.
   - Day of show parking in Event Center Lot is $17 per day.

DROP OFF & FREE PARKING – We have arranged for you to be able to drop items
or team members off if you are not parking in the lot. A deposit of $17 will
be required to enter the gate and unload at Maker Check In.

Refunds will be made when you depart by 10:00am or if you arrive after
10:00am and you depart within one hour of your entrance time. We will have
security to watch your items and/or volunteers to take your equipment to
your booth.

FREE Public parking within walking distance is your best choice. If you have
already checked in on Thursday or Friday, you will have your wristbands or
tickets and you will be able to enter the grounds from all entrances.

If you will be late or you are not able to exhibit at Maker Faire, please
contact us immediately at 415-720-5655. If your exhibit is not set up by
10:00am on Saturday and you have not notified us in advance, we will
reallocate your space to other Makers.

If you have not confirmed your participation with Michelle Hlubinka about
your participation at Young Makers Day, we invite you to consider
participating next year.

In the spirit of our 2010 theme “Young Makers”, please feel free to bring a
picture of YOURSELF as a YOUNG MAKER to exhibit in your booth.
