[Space] TODO list for flight preparation

Hey Blake--

Early predictions (for a standard 1000fpm/100k' launch) are the balloon 
will go 70 miles NE (58 degrees). Any ideas about the launch location? 
Probably around San Mateo would be really good to land near Lodi.
