Hi to All!
So what about a brewing class this Friday? I'm considering moving the
class to Friday permanently but I'm not sure. What do you think?

I did some extra shopping so we have got an organic white tea, organic
hibiscus, local really nice honey etc. I've also purchased an
boarduino (arudino clone) for the incubator project and other fun
thinks which we can do at Tastebridge. I've got few thermistors so
whenever Glen has time, we should sit down and make a bit of progress.

Next big event is 5 min of fame on 18th of November (Thursday) so it
is time to start to brew for that! I'm thinking about organizing party
at Noisebridge on 19th of November (Friday) and Tastebridge workshop
on 20th (Saturday). I'm also promoting an intensive food culturing and
brewing course which starts on 12/1/2010 and lasts for two weeks (3
sessions or more per week) and culminates in a small summit on Slow
Food Movement (17-19/12/2010). The course is free, participants pay
just for the ingredients and equipment if they do not have their own
(less than $40 for whole course). Please if you have some suggestions
to promote the event and help to organize it, post it, work on the
wiki page or talk to me because this is certainly bigger project than
one person can do!

Well for more updates please check our webpage, I did there quite a
bit of work with few other enthusiasts.

Talk to you soon,

PS And by the way I've got a library card on my name yesterday so we
can borrow books which we need however please keep an eye on them
because I'll be responsible for them.
