[Tastebridge] fermentations manuals up loaded - corrections?

Hi to All!
I've done small upload of some fermentation manuals. I'd like to ask  
some English speaker to go through them and correct them. If you can  
do so great, please let me know that it is done so I can update my txt  
version. By the way they are very similar in their diction so if you  
do one I can take care about most of the rest.
