[Tastebridge] we are leaving tastebridge collection jar out when there isn't an event

Perhaps when we don't have an event going on, we should leave the
noisebridge kitchen collection jar out on the prominent counterspace...or
consider placing collections that accumulate on days we are not having an
event into the noisebridge lock box at the front
