[Tastebridge] brew beer at Noisebridge!

Hey,

I'd like to make two different beers at Noisebridge really soon.

1. Sour Cherry Sage ale

I have already purchased 1 pound of Sour Cherries from Rainbow.
I will take care of the Sage later...

2. Yerba Matte ale

Does anyone want to step up and buy this recommended Yerba Mate?
If not I could probably buy it later this afternoon...

My father (from Argentina) has made recommendations as to the type of Yerba
Mate and the quantity to use in a batch of beer :

"""The place is Evergreen Market, 2539 Mission, between 21st and 22nd St.
Mostly Chinese people behind the counter.
The Argentine products are on the center aisle, at the back, beginning of
the right hand shelves...
Up on the right there are packs of one kilo of YERBA or YERBA MATE.
Look for one that says SIN PALOS – without twigs, or sticks.
The brand I had in mind was from Brazil, CANARIAS, I think, not sure any
longer.
But there may be others, usually a brand carry both with or without twigs.
NOBLEZA GAUCHA is another good brand.
One kilo is more than enough."""

"""
Matte needed for a strongly stimulant batch is around 2,5 cups of dry matte
per gallon. I can get a kilo for six bucks, primo quality from my area of
the country, and a very strong stimulant.
"""

Cheers,

David
