Hi Hassina,
I'm not in SF "lately" but concerning the situation around kombucha at Tastebridge, Miloh would be a good person to talk to I think.
Other option may be to get in touch with Otto Thorsen who is the brew master of Three Stone Hearth kitchen, very interesting slow food/organic community project in Berkeley. They brew kombucha on regular bases for years with fabulous results.

Hello,
My name is Hassina Obaidy and I am a writer for *Xpress Magazine*, San
Francisco State University. I am working on a story about Kombucha tea for
our upcoming iPad issue. I understand Tastebridge has the culture for
Kombucha tea. Do you make the tea in your warehouse? If so, I, along with a
photographer, would like to video record the step by step process of making
and brewing Kombucha tea and interviewing the brewer.
