[Tastebridge] Vegan Hacker! Dumplings! (Vegan Hacker SF)

Hi there, 
The current arrangement of the kitchen actually worked really well for Vegan Hacker last month! The removal of the 
 roach and mouse infested food storage  island opened the kitchen up so that the kitchen was more conducive to a large event. All food prep was done on movable folding tables as VH has always done it, and people were able to access the sink and stove much easier. The dishes now live in an airy and  mouse-free rack above the sink. Frantisek, you needn't worry- it is great. The eventual potential replacement/moving of kitchen appliances has not yet happened, so everything at this point is the same on that front.
