[Tiny-tux] Human-readable dmesg filter

Are you tired of reading a cryptic column of timestamps every time you
type "dmesg"? Use this simple Perl filter to convert them into a
friendly hour/minute/second format. Suggestions welcome.

Example:

$ dmesg | tail | dtime
