[Toorcamp] bus repairs

SMS-enabling a server is as simple as making a twilio account,
pointing an A record at horsey, and paying 1c per sms. I'd be glad to
hack on that, and make putting it on horsey my camp project for the
first day. Is the voice of concenso just espeak?
