[Toorcamp] Food & water

It seems there are public showers and rest rooms, so I assume that water
might be drinkable, but it doesn't say.

Also, should I bring my own extension cord? Will it be possible to run
power from somewhere to my own tent? I have a device that stops me from
snoring, but it requires power or batteries.
