[Toorcamp] Noisetown at Toorcamp meeting

Hey all, so there's some of us listed on our wiki as wanting to go to
this thing and forming up to create Noisetown. It would be great to
meet in person at least once or twice before the actually event,
figure out some logistics, what projects we're taking up, how bike our
camp is going to be, who's sharing what rides, do we want to throw
money into the pot for a kitchen, etc.

I think meeting up some time over the next week or two would be great
and help set some things in motion. Here's a Doodle on some times to
