Ardent Heavy Industries (also known as Interpretive Arson, the kids
that brought you Dance Dance Immolation) is graciously loaning out
their carports if we want them. I think there are 4 in total, they
look something like this...

Anyhow. They have most of their sides, require about 3 - 6 people to
setup each one, and need to be staked down in high winds (much like
everything else on the playa). We can dig up some rebar if we need it.
They're also a bit dusty, I'm sure. Some of the side panels feature
this diamond plating stencil design (which we ended up dubbing as the
DDI carp), or DDI's logo. There might be a couple of carpets too but
they'll be horribly full of playa. The only thing we might have to buy
would be some bungee tie offs as they're the most prone to getting
lost or broken...

Not saying we have to use them, but they're a very easy solution and
reusing something that's already been created. I can get us large
vinyl cuts of the Noisebridge logo to stick on some of the blanker
walls...

I was thinking we could lay them out sort of in an L formation and
dedicate the shorter tail to something with a few more walls to keep
the wind out if need be, like a kitchen. The rest could be used for
lounging and hacking.

Also looking into sourcing a dome.

Anyone else got any big structures they're willing to source out to
Noisetown?
