That sounds like a pretty interesting possibility.  Something similar is
possible on AWS using t1.micro instance types; at a guess it'd cost
about $10-$15 per month under spot pricing, depending on traffic used.

Care to spec up some config scripts and check them into
https://github.com/noisetor/ops ?
