[tor] Alternative payment methods

I'd be willing to help noisebridge with dev work related to payment
APIs etc. I've worked with Google Checkout and others for clients
(note, this is subject to my availability, I happen to have some spare
bandwidth now but will probably be overloaded w/ paid work again
soon.. ;)
