[tor] Alternative payment methods

If google checkout can't make 1:1 transfers with metadata for every
transaction, we would need to take one of 2 approaches:

1. Our bookkeeping system would have to support google checkout. Determining
whether this is the case can be a bit complicated. Since we're about to
switch to a new bookkeeping system this is maybe not the best time to invest
time and effort setting this up.

2. Google checkout donations would have to be "anonymous" meaning that you
cannot get a tax receipt for them and you cannot use the service to pay
dues. This would have to be made explicit on the donation page.
