[tor] pushing 336 Mbps

We averaged 336 Mbit/sec this week, with peaks of 450 Mbps.  We're
largely CPU-saturated now, at least at peak times.

Awesome! :)

Details on CPU load:

 - we're running on Xeon X3350  @ 2.66GHz, quad core.
 - according to oprofile, we're spending around 25% of total CPU time in
   AES.  If we had software with AES-NI support, and a AES-NI CPU, we
   could cut that down to 5% or so.
