[tor] Financial report from Kelly for the meeting tonigth

if you want to look at the evil paypal fees you can find them at
http://cha-ching.noisebridge.net/docs - the ones that say "Total
donations". So far they are averaging out to 3.8% for noisetor and
3.4% for noisebridge general fund (because general fund has higher
average donation amount). good to know when comparing paypal to other
payment solutions.
