This isn't the list/address to ask for help with using Tor. This list is for
Noisebridge volunteers who maintain NoiseTor's relays. [0] Next time, please
email mailto:support at torproject.org for help with using Tor.

The safest way to get bridges, however, if you can do so, is to go to
https://bridges.torproject.org and work through the instructions given there.
If you cannot access that website, try emailing mailto:bridges at torproject.org
(from an @riseup.net, @gmail.com, or @yahoo.com email address) and putting
"get transport obfs3" somewhere in the body of the email.

However, Tor Browser [1] already comes with a list of builtin bridges which
should be working right now, even from China. Please email
mailto:support at torproject.org if you need more help.
