[tor] DuckDuckGo donation, and a new node

Thanks for the note! Here's a quick status:

 - exit01 has been running continuously, with occasional reboots and
updates but no significant changes. We've been getting a lower
weight in the consensus lately due to increases in other exits'
weights, so our bandwidth usage has gone down to 200-300 Mbps, but
   we're still healthy.

 - the Flattr donations are under 10 EUR most months.

 - other monthly donations are covering half to two-thirds of the
   running costs of the exit.

 - large lump sum donations (including Google employee match and the DDG
   donation) comfortably cover the balance.

 - the cha-ching server which had been providing the donation graph on
noisetor.net has been disabled for a few months, but volunteers are
now working on getting it going again and we expect it to be back
online and displaying correct data by the end of next week.

We'd also like to get bandwidth graphs iframe'd off of
atlas.torproject.org, help in that direction would be delightful!

Thanks for your interest!
