[tor] Noisetor BTC sell

Hey folks,

I logged into the Noisebridge Coinbase account yesterday and noticed
that the Noisetor account had accrued a non-trivial amount of BTC which
had also appreciated in value in the last few months. This is a happy
accident as usually it's been my practice to cash out any BTC donations
that we receive immediately to prevent much loss from price fluctuations.

The details of the sell are as follows:
 BTC sold:	 1.92639414
 USD (net):	 $1,213.91
