[tor] BTC cash out final results

Hey folks,

Andy and I recently set out to cash out the remains of our historical
BTC reserve for Noisetor.

I've just initiated the final sell from Coinbase and wanted to post the
aggregate numbers here for reference.

The 3 sells were as follows:
 * 11.34155836 BTC @ $885.54/coin minus $100.43 in fees = $9,943.00
 * 6.77264449 BTC @ $908.14/coin minus $61.51 in fees = $6,089.00
 * 3.56384015 BTC @ $919.93/coin minus $32.78 in fees = $3,245.70

Totals:
 BTC: 21.678043
 Fees: $194.72
 Net total: $19,277.70

This is a pretty substantial cash influx for Noisetor, which I hope we
can turn into extra Exit nodes in the coming weeks and months.
