[Bio] using bioboard with ethernet shield

Hey Marc,

A bit of bad news... it looks like I can't quite fit the BioBoard onto
the ethernet shield.  The RJ-45 jack on the eth shield is just so big
that it prevents
the BB shield from mating properly.
There's a small chance it might still work but it looks questionable!

I have some ideas, and maybe using some stacking headers could
solve this. I just don't have any at the moment.
