Mitch,

Since you're going to be out of town a bit over the next few months, how
do you want to handle physical payments?  I'm happy to deposit checks
and so on, but we need a scheme to keep track of what payments we've
received.

Should I simply email a register of payments deposited to treasurer@?

Any other board members want to coordinate on this?
