[Noisebridge-board] Fwd: business package policy

Business package policy has been issued, policy 46005-00061. The plate glass
coverage was extra, so the total cost is $1615.41. I will send Pauline the
name of Ahuva for the additional insured certificate and write a cheque for
payment today.

D&O expected to issue later today.

Please find confirmation of issuance of your business package policy (policy
# 46005-00061) with an effective date of November 19, 2008.  Please see
"attachment"  -- I will be mailing the original to you today.

I am still awaiting "word" with respects to the D&O.  As soon as the company
gives me a policy number and confirmation I will let you know
