Not AFAIK.  As mentioned, we haven't received the countersigned
original, which we prepared anyways.

We should just prepare a new version with our chosen signatories and
dates and sign it, then I'll call her and let her know about our
corporate progress.  (I can call first if we want, but I couldn't think
of anything I needed to say to her.)
