[Noisebridge-board] information needed for insurance policy

hi,

No rush, but can someone fill in these details for Pauline? I'm not
sure when our exact effective end date would be, and I don't know if
we still need glass coverage.

that's great --
what we will do is change the location on the current business package policy.
please advise:  address
                       effective date for new location
                       effective date to delete current  location
(please make sure that all of noisebridge "responsiblities" at this
location are "done" -- lease is "over")
                        year built (new location)
                        square footage
                         construction
                        # of stories
                         sprinklers        fire alarm
                         central station burglar alarm
                         if additional insured for new landlord
needed:  name and address

please advise if you want to change (increase) any of your coverage:
business personal property coverage is $15,000.  / glass coverage of
13 linear feet (will you still need this??)

I may need more information but the above will be enough to start the
process of change of location.

please confirm that the new location will also be the mailing address also.
