[Noisebridge-board] filing 990-N postcard for 2008; preparing 990-EZ for 2009 taxes

Pat Smith is a bookkeeper I use for Cornfield Electronics.  She is really more versed in the non-profit world.  I asked her earlier, and she said she would help us out.  She'll also give us a good price.
