[Noisebridge-board] Signatures needed

Hi everyone,

I have two documents that need the signature of an officer or board
member besides myself:

0) Certificate of Bylaws, stating that our bylaws are in fact adopted by
Noisebridge.

1) Statement that the IRS response is the true and complete response of
Noisebridge to the IRS request for information.

I'll have them at the meeting tonight. Once they are signed, I'll bring
them to Carol this week before the 13 June deadline.
