[Noisebridge-board] debit card on WF account

I was at WFB yesterday, and Amal said I'll need to come in today to sign something, and then Rachel and Shannon can get ATM cards for the NB checking accounts.  With these, you'll be able to make deposits at ATMs and with the tellers inside.
