[Noisebridge-board] cash donations & dues

You can deal with cash dues / donations however is easiest for you.
The only thing I request is that you document it somehow, preferably
by shooting treasurer at lists.noisebridge an email with the info on the
donation.
Miloh, I would definitely welcome input on the thank you front, but
I'm not going to start dealing with that until I've finished the dues
audit which I expect to take the rest of the month.
