[Noisebridge-board] Noisebridge insurance renewal

I had the pleasure of setting this up last year, and am glad someone is
taking point on this!

As to the insurance coverage... I agree that B&O liability and general
liability should continue (both have been at $1m, and I personally think
that is sufficient).

Earthquake and sprinkler insurance is not right for us methinks.  As I
understand, it's excessively expensive, and may not apply to us.  We
generally don't insure property owned by Noisebridge, and there is no reason
I can think of to insure said property for earthquakes or sprinklers when we
don't for fire/theft.
That said, it doesn't hurt to get a quote if people are interested...
