Okay!

Sudo Room is also interested in this. My feeling so far is that it
doesn't really give that much advantage to hackery-spaces, and you
might as well just go for incorporation on your own (the
tax-deductible donation thing doesn't seem to be something that many
people actually benefit from), BUT would love to go through it in a
bit more detail. Also I think there are a couple of other
umbrella-type organizations that I know about that might be worth
considering also, each with their pros and cons.
