[Build] Garbage service

This is more of a reminder to the group then a self appoint task (I'm 
not going to sign up for anything until I come back from bm on the 9th). 
I don't think we have garbage service yet, nor have any idea where we 
can keep a dumpster in the building.

Tasks:
* Ask the landlord where can we keep a dumpster (basement)?
* Get trash pick up services.
