[Build] Raising the Roof

Hey,

Neil and I raised all the lights today, so that the ceilings seem noticeably
higher and the back ceiling doesn't look lower than the front ceiling.

Some of the front-side lights are vertically crooked, and I'll fix that as
soon as we get a ladder tall enough (Neil provided the ladders we used
today).
