[Build] floor work tomorrow

I'm just about to head to the flooring company with a printout of your 
original mail with the grit suggestions for the drum sander, as well as 
this one.

I plan on listening to their suggestions and incorporating them with 
yours, erring on the side of caution.

My end goal for the floors is that they're easier to clean and don't let 
additional dust/crap get caught in the cracks.  But I'm just doing the 
test patch today so that we have a feel for if it's better to do this 
ourselves or pay someone to do it (or possibly there's a contingent that 
says we shouldn't do anything)
