[Build] floor plan draft

I think as opposed to the hacksaw blades, we should get folding razor blades
(like the one I have there). Folding blades are safer, and cheap.
2 shop vacs would be good.
I can go to home depot with someone to look at hand held sanders
kneepads would be awesome, but aren't necessary.
A couple of big garbage cans for sawdust / construction debris

If there are people in the space, get them to start moving the stuff that
isn't garbage to the tiled area.
If we can swing it, we should pick up spackle, and start filling holes and
getting those sanded while we're already making a mess.

Everything else looks good.
