[Build] labeling breakers

Hi,


 Just wanted to add two things:

 1. flipping the breakers - if you do it back and forth it is easiest to 
notice from the tester holder's point of view (it will blink).

 2. the non labeled breakers - Markus put a dot on each breaker that we 
managed to find a corresponding socket. The rest probably go into 
another panel (afaict) which was off. Presumably the torn out panel? I 
don't know. All the sockets in the wall that are not labeled are dead - 
and none of the unlabeled breakers affect them.


Also, the easy to use tester is in the blue tool box, on the far left 
corner from the main entrance.
