[Build] painting! (general)

OK we have a plan, it is detailed at
https://www.noisebridge.net/wiki/Moving/2169_Mission/Painting.  We can
start with the prep work as soon as the floors are walkable on
(tonight!), and as long as we don't get in the way of the electrical or
wall building people.  There's a bunch of prep which is *very* chunky,
by which I mean that there's useful work that can be done in small time
allotments, 20 or 30 minutes if that's all you have.

Check out the wiki page and then tonight or tomorrow or over the
weekend, go over and patch a hole or sand some conduit or something.
We'll be obtaining patch compound later today, but there are already
scrapers and rags and brooms & such.  I'll put up a note with where the
paint prep equipment lives once I sort that out.
