[Build] painting! (electrical team)

Hi Electrical Team,

There's a few pieces of cruddy looking conduit (wiremold i think it is
called?) that we will need to either clean up or pull off in order to
paint.  Jim, you initially thought we should pull them off but later
mentioned that they'd be handy to keep if the wires were still inside,
to minimize wire-pulling anguish I believe.  Can I go over the places
with you or someone and get a more definitive decision? I'll be there
tonight if any of you will be, or sometime tomorrow or over the weekend
would be workable too.
