[Build] painting prep - GO!

Anyone who wants to help with painting, the prep work can be done now
and is do-able in small batches.  Mike Pope has done a bunch of puttying
and tearing out already (thanks Mike!)

I have gone through the space and marked some of the most necessary work
with blue tape on the walls (more could be done, use your judgment).
The work needed is basically pulling off random crap, scraping loose
paint, puttying holes, and patching large holes with Bondo and drywall.
 I also wrote this list on one of the 'whiteboards' on the north wall,
with a bit of description of each kind of task.

I wanted to put a set of paint prep tools & materials together in one
spot but it turns out that there's too much overlap with electrical and
wall building work, so you'll need to look around for tools.  The putty
is in a couple of 5 gallon tubs - if you're puttying, grab a blob of
this into a smaller container (torn up paper cup, e.g.) and close the
big tub back up right away.

I believe Ben got some Bondo today for the big holes, Ben can you
confirm this?
