[Build] Walls team - Murals

It seems like there's a lot of people interested in painting.  Steve Carmuti
has a bad-ass painting rig with which we can do large swaths of color, and
Atala is interested in doing fancier stuff as well.  It seems like we're
going to have pretty walls!
