[Build] Items to touch base on with the landlord

Keeping this off of the wiki for one reason or another.

Totally not saying I should call them because I'm making this list, I've 
got a knack at pissing off landlords pretty easily. Anyone have anything 
else we should add to this?

* Fire exit and making sure the grocers know it needs to be kept clear 
(last night it was not).

* Elevator's cert expires on the 13th.
* Fixing the 2nd floor elevator call button (this is why they leave the 
thing propped open).
* Putting up signs in the elevator to shut the door after exiting for 
our neighbors (in Mandarin or whatever language Henry said the folks on 
the second floor speak).

* Front gate is not secure at all and can be shoved open pretty easily.
* Front glass door is a fire safety and security risk with the amount of 
foot traffic we'll generate.
** One of the locks on the glass door is broken.
** Request to replace the glass door with something that can be opened 
remotely along with the gate. Additionally it should be replaced with 
something that'll stay locked from the outside but can be pushed open 
from the inside.
** Rekey glass door to match gate key.

* Ask for a time line of when they're going to clean out what they 
verbally agreed to clean out.
** Sewing machines
** Pipes and trash from front of the floor.
** Pipes and ironing boards from the back of the floor.

* How does trash work in the building.
* Which mail box is ours and how we can make that more secure (the 
solution might be to just get a PO Box).
