[Build] Items to touch base on with the landlord

I just met with Henry to give him some keys for the new upstairs lock,
and I mentioned the elevator button on the second floor because that
seems like it might need lead time to get handled. I agree with Andy on
the rest, though, that we should do our best to deal with these on our
own, directly with the other tenants, rather than going through the Hos.
We have no reason to expect any of them to be unreasonable about any of it.

I also think that in terms of the changes we want to make, our best
course of action where possible is to make a plan and present it to the
Hos, rather than mentioning problems. I couldn't think of a way to do
that for the elevator button though :(

Henry reiterated that his parents are very pleased with us being a large
group and a nonprofit, and I explained how happy we are with the space
and how they are treating us, and we are all very happy together.
